The SZX7, SZ61 and SZ51 are designed to be integrated into process equipment. Olympus offers various bonder and prober arms for all common brands.

Ergonomic low positioned focus handles
Focus adjustment can be acheived with the hands resting on the work surface using the focusing unit SZ2-F. The focus action moves the stage rather than the microscope body and therefore requires minimal force. This allows prolonged work on difficult samples without fatigue.
